How many people can you seat?
We can accommodate upwards of 8 adults on the boat and 10 if there are small children included.
Can we bring food or drink aboard?
Yes of course! Just please refrain from glass items and any items that can stain the upholstery. We do provide an ice cooler but please feel free to bring your own as it can only hold so much.
Do we have to pay for gas?
No. Gas is included in the price of the boat.
Is there a captain?
No need to know how to drive a boat. All of our rentals include a captain to take you around the lake.
Do you provide life jackets?
Yes we have life jackets for adults, kids, and infants.
Where do we meet at?
We are located at Cypress Creek Marina. We recommend carpooling or riding in as less cars as possible as there is a gated entrance you’ll need to enter thru to gain access to the marina.
Can you pickup from a different location?
If you have a boat with one of our drivers we can work with you. Sometimes the drive to your special pick up location will cut into your rental time depending on the day/time. Call us for more information.
What is the cancellation and/or weather policy?
All cancellations must be made 48hrs before your rental date in order to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancelled after 48hrs, you will be responsible for 50% of the rental total.
If weather inhibits your rental due to lighting, thunder, hail, or torrential downpouring, we do not offer refunds. We will offer you to reschedule for a future date, or issue you a voucher worth the time lost on your rental that can be used towards a future rental. The voucher is valid for 2 years, and cannot be used on major holidays. Please make sure to keep up with current weather reports if you are traveling from out of town!
